3. Vehicle Ownership & Title Requirements

You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle, or are otherwise authorized to sell it on the owner's behalf. You agree to provide:

• Acceptable alternative documentation under North Carolina law if no title is available
• Truthful information about any liens, loans, or encumbrances on the vehicle

For vehicles without a title, we may still be able to help — but we may require additional information to confirm the vehicle can be sold legally, and eligibility, documentation requirements, and pricing may differ. Title and ownership requirements are governed by the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV) and applicable North Carolina state law.

4. Pickup Appointments & Logistics

• Pickup time windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or workload.
• You agree to ensure reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed pickup location.
• If keys are available, please have them ready. If keys are unavailable, please notify us in advance.
• Vehicles must be accessible by tow truck. Inaccessible vehicles may require rescheduling or additional coordination.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future service availability.
• Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is typically provided at the time of pickup in cash, unless another method has been agreed upon in advance. The final payment amount reflects the inspected condition of the vehicle and may differ from the original estimate as described in Section 2.
